Hello!
Now it is already public: Microsoft Teams have been released! A few hours ago was the official presentation of this tool, which basically comes to compete against Slack. Personally I have to say that I use Slack out of work and I have been testing Microsoft Teams for some time at work. Each has its pros and cons. Microsoft Teams works better at enterprise level, thanks to the integration with all the Office 365 family products.
And today also made public the model of integration that will have with Visual Studio Team Services. In addition to the typical chat service on computers, tendrmos access to notifications of important events: for example when someone creates a Bug and we are assigned to the new Bug.
Another detail interesting is the ability of to work with those boards Kanban within Microsoft Team. This is an INCREDIBLE PLUS in regards to collaboration.
All model of integration and support for Microsoft Teams can be read from its entry into the Marketplace; and the same will be available starting from the 9 of November.
Note: Team Foundation Server on premises will not be supported for now.
Greetings @ Toronto
