Thanks to my friend David, I reallice that now SyncFusion team have released for free the SyncFusion Essential Studio. They share all the details and constrains in deep in their official statement

Similar to Visual Studio Community Edition, Syncfusion is now offering free License for its Essential Studio product which includes over 650 components across 12 platforms such as iOS, Android, Windows & Windows Phone.

As well explained, they have released for free more than 650 controls for iOS, Android, Windows and Windows Phone. Is interesting that while even when they comment as a reference the Visual Studio Community Edition scenario, SyncFusion were already distributing free applications. The best example is MetroStudio, an amazing library of icons with style metroWindows Modern Apps, of which I spoke some time ago in this post.
