Buenas,
2 days ago I was helping a fellow of Avanade Barcelona to laying out one of the nearly 40 Surface Pro that we had there. To update the versions of each Surface factory, we had to reset them with the image that comes Out-Of-The-Box. We on a pc do this with some combination of keys in the boot of the same, then this (blue) screen select Troubleshot, Reset, etc.
However, I learned a trick with the Surface of Windows 8 which is quite interesting.
To achieve that a Windows 8 restart the System Recovery Options menu, it is necessary
1 Show Charm of Windows with Win+C
2. Select the Settings option
3. Select the Power option / Restart with pressed Shift key.
The important thing is to leave the hold Shift key while the computer is restarted and voila, we already have the System Recovery Options window.
