Hi,
When a few months ago in the Build was announced Windows 8, used the occasion to give a push to a large number of products in beta development. Including Visual Studio 11, the new Blend and Team Foundation 11 were the main pillars for development tools. But also spoke of the Team Foundation Service (isn’t TFS) which is basically a TFS service in the cloud. The problem is that to connect to this new Team Foundation Service, it was necessary to install an unofficial patch forVisual Studio 2010 that allowed us to work in this environment. Remember that identity management is done completely differently in Team Foundation Service, for example using a Windows Live Id.
The launch of Visual Studio 2010 SP1 TFS Compatibility GDR incorporates this functionality. It also brings interesting things such as the ability to work with text multiline in the steps of the Microsoft Test Manager 2010 test cases.
