Hi!

I’m working with Windows 11 as my main OS and I know that, every now and then, I’ll need to deal with some issues. It’s not a final release, so “bad-things” happens.

Today, after a late update, I realized that my OS does not recognize and connect to Bluetooth devices anymore. I’ve been here before, and usually, removing and pairing the devices is good enough.

However, today the “Remove Device” option does not work. I get a “Remove Failed” message.

So, time to press “WIN + X”, select device manager and let’s work in OLD SCHOOL mode. By default, Device Manager will only show the current active (or with issues) devices. And, in order to uninstall my mouse and keyboard, I need to “Show hidden devices”.

Almost there, now I can see my mouse and keyboard. I just need a Right Click and select “Unistall Device”.

Not necessary, however, I restarted Windows after this step.

And, I can connect and use my devices 😁😁😁
