Today I am lucky enough to speak with Héctor Giner (@hectorginer) in a Toronto, Seville connection. Initially we were going to talk about some strategies to manage work with clients in remote locations, Although on the way the conversation led us to share experiences of another type.
In example, combining family schedules with working hours, convince your client that the time difference is an advantage not a problem and other issues that left us an episode more than interesting.
