Hola!

even if Resharper does almost everything you need in Visual Studio, our JetBrains friend will give us the possibility to extend it to add the few things that doesn’t have. So far the ReSharper SDK was distributed as an MSI, and since 2 days ago is available also as a NuGet package.

Advantages? as always, do not have to install the software on the build servers, can automatically update it in the Dev machines, etc.

If in addition, these are a couple of R# extensions I use:

Agent Muder PlugIn for ReSharper

https://resharper-plugins.jetbrains.com/packages/AgentMulder/

Excellent extension to find usages of a class. The interesting thing is that this option solves also references that are made using dependency injection.

PostFix completion

https://resharper-plugins.jetbrains.com/packages/ReSharper.Postfix/1.0.0

As the title, code completion with steroids. You need to try it to get the feel of the tool.
