I write this one because a couple of days ago I was in front of 4 or more people that after performing the login in they Windows 8.1 machines, they waited until the WinRT menu is loaded and then, with a click they go to the Windows classic desktop.
In Windows 8.1 you have to option to configure that behavior by default, I mean after the login >> go to the classic Desktop (indeed I wrote here!) But yesterday I promised to write a post… so here it is !
in the properties of the Taskbar have a magic checkbox “Go to desktop instead of Start when I sign in…“.
