some time ago I wrote a post where I put a sentence example to use in the command line to delete a Team Project in Team Foundation Service.
In one of the last updates in TFService have already incorporated this option as part of the management environment. Simply by going to the settings and selecting the list of Team Projects; You can access the contextual option that allows us to eliminate a TP 
Obviously also applies to Team Foundation Server 2013.
