Good.

I searched and far-fetched but do not find it, a few days ago I read an article by a person who intended to radically change the way to Linde daily, so they only last 30 seconds. His theory was to change the recommended 3 questions

  • What have you done yesterday?
  • What you plan today?
  • What problems do you have?

by only one: what problems do you have?. Behind this stupid idea was the premise that the 1st question could answer viewing the history of GIT and the 2nd watching the Kanban board with the tasks assigned to each person. That left us only to share the impediments in the daily meeting. Incredibly this may seem successful to some person, and nor do I see impossible that somewhere where unicorns bred this way of working is valid.

In these extreme cases there is to take a break and try to give some context to our work, not to mention the main thing: work with people. Our customers, partners, etc. In my case, for example, we have a person dedicated exclusively to support events, demos, etc. It is part of the team (and how!) and with this scheme remains outside all the context of their daily lives, which is one of the main feedback for the rest of the team to have a real notion of how things work.

And to close, if what you want is to improve their Daily Scrum, this video I give 3 really interesting tips
