Buenas,
while I thought at any meeting to come up with friend Luis Fraile for the TechEd in Madrid this year, I found the next Pearl of wisdom:
A leader is someone that people follow, while a head is the person who you have to push the others so that they go forward.
The saying is very well and surely the 92.3% of people want to be a leader, until you think what happens when you reach a cliff: better to be a Chief no?
The metaphor is much more complex than it seems, since the precipice may represent a problem or a dilemma to try on a computer… da lot to think
