those who are using Windows 8, will surely be up noses that all links are opened in Internet Explorer 10 of interface metro.This is solved with 2 clicks, and that is why I said the post when installing the new preview 
1. Open Internet Explorer in mode subway
2 Press Windows + I, to access the settings of IE10
3. At this point appears to us an option to open links by default in Internet Explorer on Desktop
