When you work with the options of the Publisher Process included in the Team Foundation Server Power Tools, you can find this form when you want to edit a task definition (for example).

As we see in it are all Team Projects that are stored on a Team Project Collection, but there is no option to change the TPC. To be able to select a different TPC, it is necessary to disconnect from the same via the menu [Tools / / Process Editor / / Disconnect from server]. This will display a confirmation message
