Buenas,
after the announcement of GitTF , now get to see another novelty incorporated into Team Foundation Server 2012 quickly. It is the possibility of working with a model Kanban in our projects. The foundations of Kanban are quite simple and once you understand them, if your working model can be adapted to them because we have a good working point.
The concept of WIP and States on a Board, allows us to have a real representation of the work we are doing, the bottlenecks of bottle, etc. Best of all this is that if you have an account on TFS Preview, so you can start to use your board Kanban. The Channel9 video explains in 10 minutes as you begin working with the same.
As I am now in the middle of a project managed with iterations, and other concepts that “clash” with the tool, then leave it for the next
